Program Summary
New Member Education
BAC Analysts complete an extensive new member education that prepares students for the rigorous Financial Services interview process. Our education covers resume building, effective networking, behavioral interview practice, technical interview practice, and charismatic public speaking. Our 10-week program will launch you ahead of the competition.
Experienced Mentors
Beyond education, having experienced mentors who have already completed the IB interview process is invaluable to your preparation. Banking At Cornell includes students accepted into the most prestigious and selective investment banking programs. A central responsibility of our upperclassmen is to pass down essential information to our underclassmen analysts.
Network & Community
At its heart, Banking At Cornell is a community of friends with a shared interest. We host regular social events that allow members to build lasting friendships, exchange ideas, and support each other's growth.
